Georgina Lester - Artist, Designer and Internet Marketing Consultant

Every website of every good internet marketer should reflect what they do and who they are. It should illustrate the passion and drive of the person who could potentially be working with you to promote your products services on the web. It should illustrate the inspired and inspiring approach that internet marketer takes in making your business grow its presence online so that it climbs fast the top of its game. An internet marketer's website should at the very least hint at the future relationship that you will be able to enjoy when you achieve the successes and goals that you have both worked so hard to achieve.

Well - nearly every website of nearly every internet marketer should and guess what - this one doesn't - YET!

I have changed! I have changed the work that I do and the style in which I do it. The people I work with have changed and the variety of businesses in which I get involved has expanded beyond all recognition. This website is due to be moved to a new server and will soon be completely revamped - from top to bottom! If you are curious then you can bookmark these pages and come back again sometime or maybe will get in touch to find out more. You can find out lots more about me on various networks - just Google me - I am not hard to find. My favourite networking site is by far the most inspiring and interactive - come join me on Ecademy.

So, whilst you are more than welcome to browse these pages, read some of my articles, look at any pretty pictures, please be aware that what is published here is hardly scratching the surface of what I do.

Maybe I should say that this website is perhaps one of the greatest testaments to my skills and capabilities. Why? Because I am so busy working on everyone's websites and marketing campaigns that I do not have time to work on my own. Well, that could be my excuse anyway. Word of mouth recommendations, a positive web presence, consistent results and a very down to earth approach has meant that I don't seem to go short of work. I may not be making my millions - yet - but suffice to say, I have more than enough work to keep me busy. However, if you have a particularly inspiring project that you think could be of interest then you know how to get in touch.

I have got plans for this site and the many others that I own and manage and no doubt if you join my mailing list, follow me on Twiiter , and/or become a part of my network on any one of the hundreds of online networking sites then you will get a pretty good idea of what I am about - possibly. If you can't wait for all that - then contact me to talk more about your particular ventures and projects.

What is a maverick? What can being a maverick bring to a business? Is a maverick philosophy required
Judith Germain widely regarded as a bit of an expert on maverick behaviour recently asked “What is a maverick and what makes you a maverick?” In thinking about my answer, I was momentarily hit by a flash of inspiration. The definition of maverick epitomises exactly what I have been trying to define when thinking about the sort of person I will be looking for shortly. This is not the first time that someone has asked me this question and not the first time I have pondered upon the issue of what a maverick is, what maverick behaviour will bring to our business and more importantly do I want to employ maverick thinkers in any of my enterprising activities? Ultimately the answer is yes – maverick thinking is necessary to survive especially in times of crisis, when the rules of engagement in business change and when you set big goals to achieve big things. I am on a quest for maverick thinkers for a specific project but the question is, why maverick?

Film Review of “Morris: A Life with Bells On” – The funniest film I’ve seen in years.

Morris: A Life with Bells On is said to be the next sleeper hit - but only time will tell whether it will achieve this heady domain of acclaim and success. The film has been described as a mockumentary following the life of one rebel Morris dancer Derecq Twist. Beset by prim traditionalists it tells the story of this one man's struggle to drag, kick and cajole an ancient practice into the 21st Century, in the nicest possible way, of course. If the interest on the internet is anything to go by, this one is destined to be screened worldwide by popular demand just so long as at least one distribution company takes notice.

We have been lucky - despite not being on general release yet, Morris: A Life with Bells On came to a hall near us and we had the added promise of a demonstration of Morris Dancing from the Isca Morris men. Time to organise a horde of willing victims and enjoy a night out - get out my note book and write an official film review of "Morris: A Life with Bells On".

"The only cure is to help ourselves feel secure within ourselves, so that we eventually come to see that no matter what we do, we will not cast ourselves out of our own hearts."
